When you contact support, please provide some supporting information with the NSD and associated files detailed below.
Does the crash only happen on one database?
Does the crash happen performing the same search but using Find and not Replace?
If you can identify the element the crash occurs on, does excluding the element using the Design Notes tab result in a completed search?
The 3 files you need are detailed at the bottom of every NSD file that records a crash. Simply collect your NSD, navigate to the bottom of the file and submit the files mentioned at the bottom of the NSD when you log your technical case.
