When Teamstudio Usage Auditor runs it prompts for a password in a command window or the log file shows that the user id is locked by another process.
To stop this you will need to set the option in the Notes client to not prompt for a password from third party applications.
This can be found from the File / Security / User Security menu option.
This setting can be controlled by a Domino Security Policy, so if you find that this reverts back and Teamstudio Usage Auditor logs indicate that the user.id file is locked by another process, then you may need to check this setting again.
Our recommendation would be to get an exception policy created for the user.id that you have configured for use on the Teamstudio Usage Auditor configured Notes client.
